After more than a decade of loyal service, we’ve said goodbye to one of our most dependable workhorses — our long-standing low loader lorry. This lorry has been a trusted part of the Farwell’s fleet for 13 years, supporting countless projects across Hampshire and beyond.
While it was a tough decision to let it go, we’re excited to introduce the new replacement, a “new to us” low loader that’s already out and about helping us maintain our highest quality of work for customers.

Saying goodbye to a reliable companion

After 13 years on the road, it was time to retire the vehicle. It’s now gone to a new home, and we’re confident it will continue to serve its next owner just as well.
Welcoming a more modern addition to our fleet
We’re pleased to say that we’ve now welcomed a more modern low loader into our fleet. It is a solid, updated model that gives us everything we need to continue delivering on our promises of safe and reliable transport for heavy plant and equipment.
This new lorry doesn’t change the way we work, but it does allow us to continue offering low loader services to our customers and to keep things moving smoothly across our own day-to-day operations. For us, it’s about ensuring continuity, maintaining high standards, and giving our team the tools they need to do the job properly.
Already hard at work
The new low loader has already proven its worth. One of its first jobs was collecting our CAT 312 excavator from a recently completed work site. Alongside the machine, the trailer also carried an attachment, both of which were securely strapped and transported without issue.
Moving plant and equipment between our own sites and those of our customers is a task we perform daily, and with the new lorry in action, we can continue offering this essential service with the same level of care and efficiency we’re known for.
