Great service from start to finish and a competitive quote. The lady on the phone who took the order was very professional and helpful. The chap who delivered and collected the skip was so friendly and accommodating regarding the location etc. They dropped off exactly when we requested and picked up right on time.I have no hesitation in recommending this business - top performance, many thanks.

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and always try and fit you in at short notice, even went they are busy.Have use G farewell in past and will be using then again in the near future.Would highly recommended them.The drivers take great attention detail and take pride in their work.The grab muck away driver Richard who came to site made a really good job of picking up clay with his grab lorry. The surface is complete clear of clay. Outstanding job.Puts other grab company's to shame

Price quoted was competitive and even when job changed slightly price didn't. Driver was polite, tidy and helpful. Tea with milk and one sugar helped I am sure 😉I recommend Farwells with five gold stars. 👍

Large driveway renewal and repair needing 19 tons of path gravel. Simon and Lesley were so helpful from start to finish. The path gravel was excellent quality and delivered by the lovely Mark. Quantity was exactly right and the transformation is wonderful. Thank you so much.

Very easy and straight forward to hire a skip for general waste. The staff in the office are extremely pleasant and very informative. Driver left skip exactly where I’d indicated on the driveway. Very professional and would recommend 100%.

I was put in contact with the fabulous team at Farwell’s. Not only did they go out of their way to try and sort the mess created by SSN, but we’re so friendly and supportive that I knew I was getting some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Great company, great staff.

Do not use this company as they take your money, don’t turn up on time (had to ring them and chase up collection), then they wouldn’t take away the building waste. Keep clear of this company as others had warned me too!Now our disabled customer is unable to get out, disgraceful company and ethics.

I hired a small skip on a wait and load basis. The gentleman who arrived was very prompt and could not have been more helpful~even helping us load it up in the pouring rain! Such a pleasant surprise to deal with someone so friendly, polite and helpful. Managed to clear all the rubbish in no time! Very good service.

What a fantastic first experience with G Farwell Ltd. All we needed was a fence post but cut to our specification. We called and asked if they could do what we wanted. We were told that it could be done on the spot. We turned up an hour later, had fantastic serivice, the job was done on the spot and the price was great. If only everything in life was so easy! I am looking forward to having the opportunity to use the services of G Farwell Ltd again.

I hired a skip from Farwells in the New Forest recently and the process was very smooth from start to finish. Their skip hire prices were very competitive in comparison to other companies. They also arranged a permit from the council so the skip could be placed on the road outside my property. I have no problem leaving Farwells a 5 star rating.
