Outstanding customer service. I had a tricky shed door to get duplicated and the team have done a fantastic job. Good old fashioned high quality craftmanship and friendly staff. Will certainly return.

Like lots of people living on the Forest we needed our private drainage system to be upgraded. It was not a straightforward job and unexpected problems needed solving. All I can say is thank goodness for Farwells. Not only have they done a great job re-imagining and completing the work, in a timely manner and to a very high standard, but they have been the most professional and kindest team of workmen to have around. They were unstinting in the attention they paid to our situation and very generous with their time. We can't recommend them enough. Five stars every time!

Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Provided a lot of advice for a novice undertaking a big project. Deliveries arrived exactly as promised and drivers were very helpful while navigating a tricky driveway entrance. Would certainly recommend.
