Following on from a conversation we had a couple of weeks ago, We’d like to express our thanks for the way your company has served us on two projects. Most recently, you have provided muck away, aggregates, and grab away in Christchurch. Bryan removed bulk muck and tipped crushed concrete. He reversed in to the tight entrance without drama and joked with our team as he was being loaded. Subsequently, Richard removed 7 grab loads, and his demeanour was, like Bryan’s, happy and cheerful given the constraints of the tight site. Both drivers kept me informed of their expected return times, and made the whole experience stress free. These guys are a credit to you and we hope to see them again soon.

You have recently rebuilt the timber banking around our bowling green and I am writing to say how pleased we are with the work and the way it was carried out. I am very impressed with the attention I received, from the lady in the office who was my first contact, through to Paul who met me on site and prepared the quotations and then to Terry the visiting Supervisor. Your Foreman on site, Rick, was most considerate and helpful and he and his team were a pleasure to work with. Again many thanks for all that you have done.

I would like to record our thanks and appreciation for the way in which you and your team at Farwell’s handled the replacement of our cess pit with a water treatment plant this summer. Paul was quick to answer our email queries. Each member of the team was invariably courteous and helpful. Any disruption was kept to a minimum. Each team member appeared to be well briefed on the job specification. Vehicle movements were handled professionally and only as necessary. And at the end of the job, the site was left tidy and well landscaped. And Terry gave us great confidence with his project management skills. We recently instructed Farwells to install a new Septic tank. Our existing tank was very large and was in the middle of the lawn. Relocating the tank had some issues which Paul and his team over came with no stress. The whole process went smoothly and we are very happy with the work carried out.
