With over 70 years of knowledge and experience in Hampshire and the New Forest, Farwell’s are the experts in fencing and equine projects in the area. We make and manufacture several fencing panels including the popular Waney, Palisade and Overlap panels and offer a choice of trellis options to fit almost any size and specification.
Based in the New Forest, it is important to us that we use reputable suppliers so that our wood comes from well-managed forests, helping to tackle the ever-growing problem of deforestation.
We can create products in our own on-site saw mill that are unique to you and your requirements. So, if you can draw it – we can make it!
NEW FOREST FENCE PANELS
We manufacture fencing panels to standard heights and widths, although it is possible to tailor-make panels to non-standard sizes.
Whether you want to create a water feature, look out to something decorative or choose a fence that will stand up to extreme weather; we have a panel to suit.
From traditional fences like our Waney panels to something more intricate such as a Lattice Top panel, all are made from pressure treated wood for a far superior product.

Farwells' NEW FOREST GATES
Located in the New Forest, Farwell’s produce a variety of gates for many uses and supply only the best quality hard and softwood timber gates, sourced from accredited suppliers in Hampshire and Dorset.
Our on-site sawmill is renowned for producing bespoke gates of superior quality, tailor-made to suit our customer’s exact specifications.
We use a range of pressure treated woods including New Forest Oak, Douglas Fir and Tanalised Softwood in the manufacture of our wooden gates, and for a more sustainable footprint, we seek to buy our timber from responsibly managed forests.
We can produce virtually any style and design of gate and have a range that we keep in stock – but please call first to avoid disappointment.
