At G. Farwell Ltd., we believe in fostering strong relationships with our suppliers, partners and local businesses. Recently we had the privilege of being invited by one of our suppliers, Eco Sustainable Solutions, to take part in their annual Go Karting Day at the racing track by their large site in Parley BH23 6BG.
It turned out to be a memorable experience that not only showcased our competitive spirit but strengthened our business bonds.
Exploring Eco Sustainable Solutions
Before hitting the racetrack, our staff members – Simon, the Transport Co-ordinator, and Paul, the Contracts Manager – were treated to a comprehensive tour of Eco Sustainable Solution’s facilities.
The site impressed us with its scale and range of services. We learned about their commitment to sustainability, waste management and their dedication to preserving the environment.
Team Building and Employee Engagement
After exploring the site we were off to the racetrack for bacon sandwiches and an exhilarating day of racing, where they acquitted themselves admirably with 3rd place medals (out of 12 teams).The Go Karting Day provided an excellent opportunity for team building and employee engagement.
Simon and Paul not only represent our company, but also enjoyed a day of camarderies and friendly competition.Our day at the Go Karting event with Eco Sustainable Solutions was an unforgettable experience that highlighted the importance of supplier relationships.
We would like to thank Laura, and all the team at Eco, for providing a great day out. We’re looking forward to next year and maybe taking 1st place!
